An oral presentation can be proposed simply by its title and its authors (abstracts are optional). Proposals can be submitted via this form by the 28th of February 2025.

Registration can be performed by filling in this form.

Each presentation is allotted a slot of 25 minutes (20 minutes of presentation, 4 minutes of questions and answers, and 1 minute for switching). There is no template for the presentation.

A laptop (Windows 11) will be available with PowerPoint and Adobe Reader X installed. If you wish to use this laptop, you are kindly asked to bring a copy of your presentation before your session. If you prefer to present on your own laptop, you are invited to check the correct display and formatting on the coffee or lunch breaks before your presentation.
